After the ever so investigative reporter, Independent Reporter did a little digging in to the donations David Jon was collecting from the BlogTv viewers and his background, education and so fourth
The Independent Reporter being an elected official himself knows a thing or two to about how to collect monies, when one is running for a public office and the reporting of these monies. As any good reporter does Independent Reporter asked questions and did interviews. When Independent Reporter recorded these interviews on his account David Jon filed a copyright infringement with BlogTv of the very revealing interview. David Jon maybe in for a very rude awakening because it is against the law, Federal law we believe to file a false copyright infringements. BlogTv TOS clearly states verbatim:

You also hereby grant each user of the Website or other viewer of your UGC a non-exclusive royalty-free right to access your UGC through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such UGC, all for non-commercial and personal use.

Kara Hannah's response to all this was, "It is my view that use or discussion of your political content will be protected by the Doctrine of "Fair Use."
Therefore, I shall consider this matter concluded and no further action necessary on my part." you can read more in the email below.

When you file a FALSE copyright complaint say with, YouTube for instance, you agree that if the claim is false, YouTube, United States and the victim can bring charges against you for committing a crime as well as fines and jail time and if you are dealing with a person from another country, International Laws apply also. So the Independent Reporter maybe looking at some cash-ola.

As of yet David Jon has not gone any further with this copyright claim. David Jon for 2012, If he has no balls with a copyright infringement, whats he gonna do if Russia attacks us... cry?

We got a few on this one also, Thanks guys. This guy was dancing his little gay tushie off. What took the mods so long to get there you ask? Well we are not sure but, you can see WhatTheBuck was broadcasting so we are sure they were in his room, busy making sure the hightest paid BlogTv guy was ok.

The "Reality" of "The Escape"

As we all know this so called "Reality Show" has been shrouded in controversy, from the get go, from binks BBF at the time DeeinBC being a contestant to the no permits to conduct a legal production.

After this weekends slip up in an "escape contestants" show, camp binko can blame them and not us. The question on every ones mind is, Who won the Escape? AMANDARAMA won the cruise CONGRATS Amanda you and bob have fun. We are hoping you actually do receive the prize. We also want to thank everyone for their emails on this one.
But who are we fooling, no one of course, cause the show was rigged.

Our sources on the set of the escape tell us the following.

The truth about the Spam is they had alot more than Spam to eat, many trips to fast food restaurants, dinners and beers in "very cool" restaurants, night clubs and parties. We all heard about the "posh" party they attended, where most of the escape contestants got so drunk they made complete fools of themselves, they also attended some "roof top" parties as well. From what we understand the escape contestants were thanking Erika for providing the fun and good times, not the binks.

The ever so hetro acting gay guy, one2vibe aka Shane must have got shot down by new cast member 19 year old "Rob" as you can see in the photo one2Vibe getting "close" with the new cast member. This must have hurt the ego cause One2Vibe then went home with 2 guys he met at a club, where they only serve Hawaiian Punch and Spam we are guessing. One2Vibe was not having a very good time, not only did he and the binks almost come to blows One2Vibe also walked off the set within the first couple of days.

With twoseventeen's recordings of the binks, blowing open the fact he wanted to rig the show by changing the online polls to make the game turn out the way he needed it to. The binks then went from online polls to where EVERYONE could see the results to, in the middle of the game mind you, changed the voting from the internet polls to "text voting" right directly to his phone. Now if that wasn't the shadiest move ever made, we don't know what is. We are pretty sure the votes on the internet were not going the way binko wanted them to go.

"Binko ran around this place like he was mister something, shouting, telling people, "You will do it, I'm your boss." acting more like Adolf Hitler." As that is what the cast nicknamed him. Due to his intolerant attitude and personality.

The binks threatened Lorax with legal action twice, so we "threw" the legal ball at binko. When we asked binko about the permits and insurance he needs to film in the state of Florida and the insurance required by law to do a production of the category, the only thing we have heard back was, a Ball-less anon left a comment telling us he done so and we don't know what we are talking about. The binks has no problem recording little snippets of how much he spent on cameras and air mattress' and other things he bought for the escape and not to mention the personal items that he purchased with escape funds. Why no recorded shows of these permits and how much you spent on the 3 million dollars of insurance you needed to stay within the law?
Just an FYI it is against the law in Florida for contributing to the delinquency of a minor, that would be giving your 19 year old contestant beer as you can see in your recorded videos that BlogTv is hosting. That's right, Kara Hannah the Community Leader of BlogTv did not want to ruin her show to go and stop PORN from broadcasting on BlogTv, she did not attempt to contact a mod_Stooge as you will see in the video a mod was on and working, she did nothing but look for a co-host for her LIVE show and offer her viewers that could be age 13 free porn on BlogTv. This woman should be ashamed.

Why does this happen?

For 20 minutes tonight this is was blazing the front page of ol' BlogTv. Now there wasn't any paid youtubers on, there were none of the brown nosers on, what could have the mod_Stooges been doing?There were enough time for 2 thumbnails to post and this went on for 20 minutes. We are beginning to wonder if BlogTv does this on purpose get a few quick clicks and stop it. Then cry, " Our loving and caring mods are so ever busy and have alot on their hands."And as you can see much more interactive than the escape as she seems to be typing in one of the photos.

Is BlogTv based on lies?

As we can see here in this graph, BlogTv is at the bottom of the other LIVE blogging sites. What we find interesting is that during an interview with Oren Levy founder and CTO of BlogTv he told us that, they get millions of hits a month. Kara Hannah has been telling the game Show hosts, "Due to financial hard ships we are not able to send out schwag any longer." Yet a week later they start an Ad Share Program. This was probably due to Michael "WHATTHEBUCK" Buckley going on CNN and telling the world BlogTv pays the highest out of all the LIVE blogging sites.

Kara Hannah tells us, "Our website is monitored 24/7 to keep you safer" and well we all know that's a crock of bull dung, with all day underage broadcasters and pot heads lighting up for hours on end.

Maybe if the BlogTv would be straight up with their customers and stop with all the political bull crap and lies and treated everyone fairly they would get more return customers and better reviews. If they keep running their site like children running a lemonade stand, they won't last.

Today there were 2 shows running one of them was on for more than 3 hours that would be mariobro27 as you can see the kid is not stupid and refused to tell his age. We received an email from a viewer that says, they asked a question over and over and never got answered then booted when they made a comment about the interactivity. The Escape is ran much like a kindergartner would run a play in the garage, constantly changing rules, completely ignoring the "viewers" that are to make the escape a show and just out right bologna spam. They have live shows everyday but they cant tell who's in or who's out, there is no interactivity whats so ever, Watching these shows is nothing more than a pumped up blogtv show, if anything it's more like a behind the scenes of a reality porn movie. Whats the point? BTW because there is no disclaimer about text message charges, if you get charged you can sue for damages. That's why on REAL shows like American Idol and all the other "reality shows" they say, standard text messaging rates apply. ~ just saying

Legal trouble for BlogTv

There has been mixed feelings about the Broadcasters at the BlogTv showing copy righted material on BlogTv. Kara Hannah herself said, "There is nothing we can do unless the owners contact us." (Like that's going to look good in court the community leader not doing anything about their own TOS) We have many emails from viewers about this problem. So as we like to do, we jumped on this bandwagon. We contacted FOX Broadcasting Company and Fox Filmed Entertainment via email. We just received a call from Marlene with the legal department of FOX Broadcasting she tells us, "There is defiantly legal consequences to show this material on the internet, not only with BlogTv but the broadcasters as well." If you have screen caps and the broadcasters name of ANY violations of the TOS please send them to LetsTalkBlogTv@yahoo.com


Looks like BlogTv will be owing FOX some cash and could be shut down do to making money off copy righted material. Maybe if the BlogTv did their jobs fairly and with out discrimination, things like this would not happen.

Looks like turkey is the favorite eats for the Thanksgiving festivities in ol' BlogTv land. All those poor turkeys :( We are wondering if at anytime during this holiday, if anyone gave thanks for all the American Indians that were robbed of their land, their rights and murdered so the Americans could enjoy being taxed and bullied by the wonderful government that claims America is a free country.

Independent Reporter vs Americas Third Party

We love it when people get called out and in the case it was, Independent Reporter that called out, Americas Third Party. Apparently, Independent Reporter has interviewed Americas Third Party on several occasions IR recorded these interviews with ATP and now ATP is fuming mad so much so that ATP claimed copy right infringement on the youtube interview that IR posted and the vid was taken off YouTube. BlogTv's TOS clearly states,

"You also hereby grant each user of the Website or other viewer of your UGC a non-exclusive royalty-free right to access your UGC through the Website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display and perform such UGC. This information becomes publicly available and can be seen, used and gathered by others, and therefore is not subject to this Privacy Policy. Any User Generated Content may be redistributed through the internet and other media channels, and may be viewed by the general public."

We are not sure but ATP may be in for a rude awakening to be claiming copy right on something that can not be copy righted, he may be dealing with legal issues he does not want to be dealing with if he wants to be president. When caught lying about something when running for office can hurt the candidate very badly.

The Escape Interactivity Day 5

Looks as if we are not the only ones that think the whole text voting is bologna. Now only the text votes count. Who's phone do these text votes go to, Binko's? So the voting of the contestant's went from internet votes to cell phone votes. HOW CORRUPT is that? As the binks said in the Escape-Gate recordings he needs to game to turn out a certain way, not only that, we are waiting for the rest of the recordings to be released, wonder what incriminating evidence those hold. Since the binks has threatened people with attorneys, we think the cast should get an attorney and send them after camp binko for fraud and misleading the public.Tonight's show was rude as all get out, again no host, no direction and the cast pretty much blew off everyone that was not a friend. EPIC EPIC FAIL

The Fraud

This is only for one person really and you know who you are cough*xethos*cough and for all those at "camp binko" that say WE are not telling the truth about the interactivity on The Escape.

As of Day 4 there is NO interactivity as to the viewers telling the contestants what to do. We are guessing after the binks sees this there will be tonight or tomorrow.

The Escape Interactivity Day 4

Well, again no host and no set plan of action. The first part of the show was the cast talking with friends and ignoring the rest of the viewers. After the binks left, BlogFag started the honesty where you PM a question the the cast and they have to answer honestly, that was the only interaction with non-friends. When someone asked, "Do you wished you stayed home?" There was a very "loud silence" from RiseXAgainst and AmandaRama as they had no comment.
There is talk about legal issues with the cast members that bailed out, as we heard in one of the cast members shows tonight. Other than that, it was all about how bad they stink from not bathing and who has hooked up and who wants to hook up. The pretend phone sex call between BlogFag and AmandaRama was kinda funny.

BlogTv Pays?

This is odd. Just a few weeks ago, Kara Hannah was crying that BlogTv was having money problems and now they have started Video Ad Revenue Share Program. That's right you can now make money off of your shows from The BlogTv. Now that WhatTheBuck has gone public with the money he makes off these internet sites, looks like The BlogTv can't hide the secret anymore, so much so, that they are gonna pay you now. However you first have to be accepted, and they have the right to terminate specific member participation in the program for any reason. Now with all the politics that go on over at the BlogTv who's to say, that if "Brown Noser" gets pissed off at you can they have you "terminated?" They already have the power to get your account blocked for "ridiculous" reasons. Either that or they found out they have to pay American Income Tax and they need write off.
