JessicaJoy and The Independent Reporter have banned together and put up a Petition Against 13-year-olds Broadcasting On BlogTV if you have not signed it please do, if you don't have kids yet you will some day and as we all know technology will only get better and more advanced, this problem needs to be fixed before someone gets hurt.
