Mod Epic Fails

What are the qualifications to be a mod_Stooge over at BlogTv? We are guessing all it takes is being able to breath and that's it. The job sure doesn't require you to do anything else. Not only was there a titty flasher, but there there is the 50 year old pervert that harasses the youngsters on BlogTv and was supposed to be perma banned. So much for your safety over on the BlogTv.
