People with Ops, Brown Nosers or Moderators?

ops me, ops me, ops me.
What is this OPS thing all about really? It gives you the power to allow selected viewers in your room operation privileges so that the person can help moderate the room, you know kicking out the always pain in the ass spammers, trouble makers and haters,
However in most cases of 10 to 30 op'ed friends do nothing as spammers and haters post their crap and the "ops" do nothing but revel in the fact that their name is blue.
So in most cases being ops is nothing more than a suck-up brown nosing tool to show who's my friend and who's not and who I'm not giving ops cause I'm butt hurt cause what you said, blah blah blah. However there are those few little trigger happy, power hungery gurdge filled people that will take umm all out.
